Our artists specialize in different styles and media (oil, charcoal, pastel etc). We choose the most suitable image to use.

After we have completed your hand painted portrait, we inspect the painting. If it does not meet our quality standards, it will be sent back for modification or sent to a different artist to be repainted.

We upload a photo of your painting to the website, so you can review it and confirm, or ask for modifications. You will be informed by email when your hand painted portrait is ready for you to review.

If you request modifications, we will modify your hand painted portrait according to your suggestions. You will get a chance to review modifactions when it is done.

Your hand painted portrait will be shipped by express delivery, rolled in a tube or framed, to the address you have provided.
